These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Worthlocity website and any programs, courses, templates, or other materials we provide (collectively, the "Programs"). By purchasing a Program or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Worthlocity provides self-paced digital training on sales negotiation and related topics, including video training, workbooks, templates, and bonus materials, as described on the applicable sales page at the time of purchase. Programs are for educational purposes and do not constitute financial, legal, HR, or professional coaching advice specific to your situation.
Your results depend on your own effort, application, existing role, market conditions, and factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any specific financial outcome, raise, commission increase, or negotiation result from using our Programs. Any results referenced on our website (such as the founder's own negotiation outcomes) are individual, documented examples, not representations of what you will personally achieve.
Programs are purchased as a one-time payment or, where offered, an installment plan (e.g. two payments). Upon successful payment, you will receive access instructions to the Program materials. Access is for the individual purchaser only, unless a team license has been separately purchased under Section 7.
We offer a 30-day guarantee as described on the applicable sales page: if you have genuinely engaged with and applied the Program materials within 30 days of purchase and are not seeing results, contact us at hello@worthlocity.com to request a refund. Refund requests are reviewed individually and, once approved, are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds result in removal of access to Program materials.
All Program materials — including video content, workbooks, playbooks, templates, and this website — are the property of Worthlocity and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own professional development. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from Program materials without our prior written permission.
Team licenses, priced according to team size as shown on the applicable sales page, grant access for the specified number of individual seats within a single organization. Sharing a team license beyond the licensed seat count, or with individuals outside the purchasing organization, is not permitted. Contact us to add seats or upgrade an individual purchase to a team license.
You agree not to: (a) share your individual access credentials with others; (b) copy or redistribute Program materials outside the scope of your license; (c) use the Programs for any unlawful purpose; or (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell any part of our website or Programs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worthlocity and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Programs or website, including any business or income outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Program is limited to the amount you paid for that Program.
We may update Program content, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our website or Programs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
